CONNED !!!
My complaint is about MSA Consultants who called me and **** to me about their services and asked for my personal details and bank details i gave them and they said that they will reduce my installment at OK Furniture and at EDGARS and CAPITEC BANK ...they debit ordered money from my account and did not pay any of the above mentioned stores ...I went to the bank to stop the debit order and all off my accounts went into arrears which i have to pay now and worse part of all they blacklisted and say that i should pay R1500 before they remove my name and know one told me about the amount that i have to pay before clearing my name

Firstly, we don't understand as to why you say we **** about our service because after listening to the recording between you and our confirmations agent which was on the 21st April 2017, it is clear that you knew that the service we were rendering is debt review. You even consented on the debit order amount and on the debit order date. You were also advised that for the first two months you'll be paying for Debt Counselor and legal fees respectively. You disputed the DC and legal fees on the 27th June 2017 and we never received payments from you again. This is the reason as to why your creditors did NOT receive payments.
