Complaint
I am very disappointed on the service I have received from MSA consultants as I was placed under debt review by them but I have never been in contact with yours. i have made numerous contact with yours to get this removed or to get a clearance certificate in 2017, I have then passed this to Legal Wise who is also not getting any satisfaction on this. i have then made further contact with MSA and still no correct action was taken to get this resolved. Few agents have done nothing to help me and I then spoke to Tsotang who advised she will email the cancellations team to get this cancelled as this was done long time ago and is on the old system as Asia Lamara and my details reflect on your old system. As I got no response I have called again and spoke to Kyle who advised he will send me a letter but i still have not received any thing at all. Up till today I have no communications with them and no response from you. I feel I need to be compensated for this as this was done without my knowledge and I have been blocked to get a house or a car and I am unable to restore my life. I look forward to sudden response and resolution.

This means we cannot perform any administrative work in order to assist you with your query. We, however, contacted SA CREDIT SOLUTIONS and requested them to give us feedback on your file and instructed them to contact you so that they can send you a clearance certificate or withdrawal letter or proceed with the cancellation process. The debt counselor cannot update the NCR debthelp system until SA CREDIT SOLUTIONS does the administrative work first.
