Clearance on Debt Review Status

I wanted to clear my name out of the Debt Review Status...I was contacted by one of the consultants of the company promising to settle my debts.Bt after i have done some investigation about the company i decided not to go ahead with the process and i did sign any agreement with them. However my name was put on Debt Review bt this selfish company because i ended up paying my own bills by myself.
