cancellation of my application

I got a call from msa on the 20th of september 2017 From a lady called Nogoduka.....I agreed yes bt after doing my own research abt debt review and the company....I decided it wont work for me......On the nxt day i sent an email at ********** to ask them not to process the application,bt on friday thy processed the application.....I hvnt got a call from cancellations.....How can they continue with the application while i asked sincerly for them not to process the application....When i call the call centre,consultants that i get tell me the will forward my request to cancellations......I hvnt got a call even today.....My Name is Neo Given Lepshe...I.D NO ********** 247082...Contact No. ********** 773...
