Cancellation Nightmare

This company is extremely bad. They convinced me to join them in May 2017 however i realized after a month of doing my research that they are not a good company. i have been trying to cancel them ever since them. I have sent emails to ********** ********** and ********** however no one bother to reply. I spoke to a lady by the name of Shakah if not mistaken after hours of non stop calling on the 17th January 2018 and she promised me that someone from the cancellation department will call me within 5 to 10 working day however until today no one has called me. i then called again on the 27th February 2018 and spoke to a guy called Andile Mpendu who had assured me that he will send me a form called 17.w that he is having after looking on my file however until today no email was sent or not even a call.

I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW HOW DO YOU GUYS WORK? AND WHAT IS IT THAT YOU ARE ABLE TO DO IF YOU CAN NOT KEEP IN TOUCH WITH SOMEONE WHOM YOU CLAIMING TO ASSIST?

PLEASE I JUST WANT TO CANCEL MY NAME FROM YOUR PROGRAMME OR WHAT SO EVER YOU CALL IT.

Dear Mpho

Please be advised that our cancellations department has been trying to get hold of you to advise you of the the process of cancellation but the calls always went into voicemail. We also notice that we had already issued a 17.W SUSPENSION notification for non-compliance. This was issued after you disputed the payments for the DC and legal fees in June & July 2017 respectively. This document means the debt counselor has suspended its services but you remain to be under debt review.

In order to be totally withdrawn from debt review, you have to be declared NOT OVER-INDEBTED and that can only be done at Court.

Please read the withdrawal process below as stipulated in the NCR WITHDRAWAL GUIDELINES:

If client requests to be cancelled from debt review prior to a court order is obtained:

Response: Kindly be advised that in accordance with the NCR withdrawal guidelines of 2015, the following is applicable:

1. Consumers can only withdraw or terminate the debt review process prior to declaration of over-indebtedness as per section 86(7) of the Act and issuance of Form 17.2 subject to payment of debt counseling fees as per NCR Debt Counseling Fee Guidelines.

2. If a determination is made and no court order is in place, the consumer will remain under debt review unless a consumer is no longer over indebted and an order or court is obtained to this effect.

3. A debt Counselor will notify the credit providers of the withdrawal by means of Form 17.W and update DHS with status G.

However, we will forward your request to attorneys who will call you shortly should you not have your own.

Kind Regards

Good day, i have been trying to contact your office to get the 17.W form that you said you issued however no one responded to my calls. I had requested the lawyer by the name of Zuki you had sent to contact me to atleast send me the 17.W form however she refused to send it to me. Today i have sent you an email to the ********** email address to notify you that i have paid up all my debts and i would like you to issue me with the clearance certificate or at least remove me from your debt review because i have paid up my debts. Please note that i am not willing to pay the R3000 your lawyers had requested because i have never used your services.

Dear Mpho

We have generated the clearance certificate, however, we are waiting for the attorney to commission/certify it in order for us to be able to send it to you and request the credit bureaus to update their systems. The NCR DebtHelp system(DHS) has already been updated to reflect same.

We trust you'll find the above in order.

Kind Regards

Good day may you please specify the turnaround time because i really need this to be sorted out urgently. May you please not delay this by unnecessary processes that i don't understand because i have settled my debts and the least you could do is to issue the certificate.
