Cancellation letter

I recieved a call i cnt remember the name of the guy. He said they can help me with my debts and i agreed but later on i did my research cos he ddnt tell me when am i gonna finish my debts. Thats when i called them the following day and tell them to cancell i was given another number for cancellation and they agreed and told me to pay 1600 for cancellation. To my suprise i saw them diducting 3600 and capitec deducted theirs too. On january 2017 i went to the bank and reverse whats mine but even today i never got cancellation letter and im still blacklisted pls help cos i even paid a lawyer. 4000 bt he cant get hlod of them. Pls help with cancellation letter if really u cancelled.my enail is ***
