Cancellation letter (17,4)
I did cancellation with MSA , they asked me to pay R500 for the lawyer who will do cancellation for me.
I paid that amount of R500 for the lawyer, but they didn't send me the cancellation letter. And they've been debting R99 every month since I did cancellations. Now I don't understand how do their job and what I'm asking for why they've been debting my money every month because I cancelled everything with them?
