cancellation gone wrong

At the end of January 2016 I got a call from MSA consultants offering this life changing option that would assist in reducing my monthly repayments. Because of the stage in life that I was at, it was a good option, or so it seemed. R300 cancellation fee whenever I wanted to get out they promised. On 3 February 2016 I called to cancel the process, only to be told that I would have to pay R7800.00. I refused!! I have sent numerous emails to them, instead i am not getting any feedback, calling them and having to deal with rude consultants that are suddenly not useful. I want out of this ****ty contract ASAP. <br> <br> MSA consultants were calling me everyday before, eager to get me on the debt review process but are now elusive when I need to cancel. The worst decision I have ever made. I would not recommend it to anyone I love. Their fine print is clearly finer than expected.<br> <br> This is beyond annoying or traumatic. **************** comes to mind. OMG!! The WORST thing I could have done to myself. It is now mid Feb 2016 and still no assistance!
