Bill disputes. Urgent

I was informed by MSA consultants that my creditors will not be able to deduct from my bank account as i am currently dealing with MSA consultants. My account was debited on the 23 March but the problem is when you try to call their number *** you will hold for 6 to 10 minutes and the call ended. I tryed to call them 4 times but call get ended after listening to the IVR for 10minutes.I am not fighting with them i just need them to reverse the amount creditors took from my account.<br> Regards<br> Richard<br> <br>
