Being on Debt Review without my approval by MSA Consultants
My name is Kayenga Kyungu ID Number ********** 496184 and my contact number ********** 279.
I was approached by MSA Consultants agent between 15 or 16 August 2016 to be offered assistance to consolidate my debt instalment under one easily monthly payments.
I requested the agent to email me in writing the T&Cs for the repayments so that I can decide if I will be taking the offer or not.
On the 17 August 2016, MSA Consultants agent Whatsapp me the documents to be signed so that they can proceed with the assistance, after reading their consolidation repayments T&Cs, I emailed MSA consultants via
********** and WhatsApp ********** 412 to cancel the process as I’m not interested with their services as I would like to repay my debts at soon as possible.( copy of the email sent and WhatsApp messages conversations
attached)
Today after paying off all my debts from Capitec Bank and African Bank, I was told by the agent to contact my debt review company to update my ITC profile and to be issued a paid-up certificate.
I never used MSA Consultants cervices or grant them approval to act on my behalf for debts review repayments consolidation.
Please assist, Paid-up letters from both African Bank and Capitec Bank and the email from MSA Consultants send to both banks acting on my behalf without my approval are attached.
With hope to hear from you soon.
Kind Regards
Kayenga Kyungu

Dear Kayenga
We listened to the voice recording/mandate where you gave us consent to proceed with the debt review application. You were also advised that we will proceed with the processing of the application even though you haven't sent us the documents as soon as we would like you to and you consented. This recording is available on request.
You requested us to cancel the debt review process though, before we could even send out the 17.2 document which confirms that you are over-indebted. The NCR debthelp system was updated as such.
The cancellations department will contact you a. s. a. p to assist you further. Alternatively, please send your query to *** or contact ***.
Kind Regards
MSA CONSULTANTS.
