Dear Devrone

Kindly be advised that we have a confirmations recording which took place between yourself and the confirmations agent, where you clearly consent to be placed under debt review. The confirmations agent also advises you that you'll receive documents within 4 business days and she also advises you that the process will start immediately after the confirmations call and she confirmed with you whether we can proceed with the application and you said "YES". The recording is available on request.

A legal process will have to take place in order to remove a person from debt review. In order to do so, you will have to prove that you are NOT over-indebted and that you can afford to pay your own debts. Our legal department will gather all documentation from you to prepare our attorney in order to represent you at court so that the court declares you NOT over-indebted. Upon receiving a court order to withdraw you from debt review, we will then attach a 17.w notification to it and send it to all your creditors so that they can update their systems. We will also update the NCR debthelp system to withdrawn status.

For further assistance, please contact *** or e-mail: ***

Kind Regards

Good day

please note that also on that sam call recaording i did advise not to debit the account unless i have signed or received documentation from your side.

thanks for your response , i will await your legal department response as i want my name removed from debt review.

please advise how long does it now take to get the process started as i have requested this removal/cancellation since December 2016, i have been told countless times it take 30-90 working days in order to get cancellation letter, and still have not received anything

Your assistance in this regard is appreciated
