Bad Service, Dont Explain everything Clearly, Only after money, No feedback,
A consulatant called to advertise the product but never explained that I will have to pay MSA consultants 2500.00 for 3 months before the can pay my debts, due to this I cancelled my contract then I was taken for credit review which caused me 1500.00 to clear my name, I have sent proof of payment called more than 16 times still the is no help, I was hold for more than 11 times for a VERY long time. Instead of them helping they peoples lifes worse and more stressfull, I would not advise anyone to use MSA CONSULTANCY, they are a nightmare.

When one is found to be over-indebted and accepted under debt review, there are fees payable within the first 60 business days. The DC and legal fees must be paid in the 1st and 2nd month after application date. Your creditors then expect payments after that. In your case, we received the DC and Legal fees in March and April 2016 respectively. However, you started to dispute the payments from May 2016 when the funds were supposed to be distributed to your creditors. You did this until June 2016 and the Payment distribution agency(PDA) had no choice but to cancel the debit orders.
