Bad Service

I have been trying to get hold of this company to no avail I have cancelled the debt review which they saying they did cancel however it is still there on my profile,I have called them they told me to submit all paid up letters which I did and i haven't received any clearance certificate so that i can clear my name this is frustrating as I can't GET ANYTHING ON CREDIT can I can assistance to have the matter sorted
