Bad service

i received a call from msa consultants about a debt review. initially i accepted the offer and the agent who spoke to me said i can cancel it within 5 days after receiving the documents which i did. i followed up and i was told to wait another 5 days. i called back again and the consultants said it would be cancelled in 90 days. after this i received another call where i was advised that i need to either pay R1,500 for my name to be cleared or pay off all my debt. where in the contract does it state all of this?
