Accounts not paid by msa

i took my debt to msa but they didnt pay my other account since they took over last 7 months ,in september my credit card debited me i wooping amount of R5 8090.34 when i went to the bank they told me they didnt recieve any amount from me for the past 7 months so they deducted the money to keep the credit card up to date,i didnt even payed my other accounts due to this and i dont know how am i going to survive this month.... my name is Mpho my number is 060****9941
