Msa *****ling from me

I have consolidated my debts with the above mentioned company a year ago ;as per our agreement the some of R1764.00 is deducted from my salary on monthly basis.The problem is even though this money is deducted monthly ;according to my service providers my accounts are blocked and nothing has been paid to this date.I have sent an email requesting for the court order and all required documents and i did not get response from them(MSA).At present i am on C status according to credit bureau....meaning that I ***** owe more than R40.000.00.I humble request some intervention in order to pay back the money to my service providers.
