As the managing member of the CC, I challenge any cabinet manufacturer or supplier to accept and complete work from this customer to full satisfaction. An impossible task. The many variations, changes to spec, uncer*****ies and never ending demands were just insurmountable. However, in the 3000+ jobs to completed by our company to date, we have always been upfront, ethical, professional and have provided our clients with excellent service and positive attitude. The end result in this case was a masterpiece. I am astounded at the extremely abusive and accusatory tone of the complaint which is totally contrary to what really transpired. It is disturbing to say the least. We got paid in full. Ironically this client has since requested our company to undertake another job in their house, which we obviously refused to accept. No further comment.
