i needed the equipment urgently, so same day Tue, Jul 12, 2022 at 12:24 PM Boitumelo i responded that i need refund and attached my bank confirmation letter.

Boitumelo Aug 26, 2022, 12:53 PM (12 days ago) sent mail to ***, Medisupplies.co.za good day accounts; its more than 25 working days now and i still havent received my refund.

today 07 September 2022, i still havent received my refund. whenever i call, the receptionist Lontia takes my details and promise to call me back. to this day shes never returned my call. She claims that she cant transfer my call to anyone else, not even her manager..
