During loadshedding in 2019 I bought a generator..from the guy called Mathyse unfortunately the generator worked for a week.i called him and he came picked it up claimed that the supplier doesn't have a part I paid R40 000.00 to his business account and 2020 came and passed I didn't get my generator back ..2021 still nothing after numerous calls he promised to pay me back my money till date when I phone he drops my calls doesn't respond to my sms. I need help ..R40 000 is a lot of money that I can't just let it go.please help.
