Ghost company?

Non-existent insurance company? I have been trying to make contact with MS Life for weeks, without success. Do they even still exist? They have been taking monthly fees for years without any contact, updates on policies, etc. On their letterhead they claim to be part of the Old Mutual Group, who don't seem to know anything about them either.
