A parent’s nightmare. Ms Delivery breached our Contract and accepted our immediate cancellation of services. We cancelled our Contract due to their exposing my 4 year old little girl to “constant, avoidable health and safety risks, dangers and abandonment” which we experienced during the six months they provided us with a “service”. Even though they apologized the first time my child was forgotten and promised it would never happen again, it did happen a second time and this time the parents got the blame for not confirming on the day, even though a confirmation was sent days before. Confirming on the day first thing in the morning does not help either, because this is what happened the first time my child was forgotten. Throw into this mix not buckling my little girl into a safety or booster seat. In my opinion, the promises that are made on their website and other marketing material is a misrepresentation. These are my own personal, first hand experiences with Ms Delivery.
