Cell phone repair complaint

Waited 52 days for my Tablet to be repaired. The charging unit was broken off the motherboard and my screen was damaged... They told me that it would take 2 hours to do it... After that longer than 2 hours (about 5) I returned and they shown that my tablet could charge letting me think the charging unit is fixed... They told me that the screen they have doesn't fit and that they need to order a new one which will take a few days, 2 weeks max as the guy said... After 2 weeks I went again to fetch it... They told me that they got the right screen but it didn't respond to the tablet and that they send it to their experts... Today, 52 days that they had my tablet and their Ts and Cs said that they have the right to sell it after 60 days if not collected, I asked them to get my tablet back from their experts so that I can get it tomorrow and pay for the charging unit repair... They say that nothing is fixed and I owe them just the slip and that I can get it in 5 minutes as they sent someone to fetch it... 2 hours later and got my tablet... I asked for the back cover as I was sure I gave it with... They accused me that I didn't gave it with... After arguing a guy went looking for it at the back of the store and got it eventually after a few minutes... Put it on the tablet and gave it to me without apology... I said thank you and buy as I left... Won't recommend anyone to use their service if you don't have patience...
