Worst service ever

I ordered the mkhaba combo and paid for it on the 23 Oct 2020 till today, no delivery. When i followed up last week i was told they will deliver Friday last week. That didn't happen. I followed up again and was told it will be delivered Tuesday. Since then they have not been responding to my messages. I am not going to keep quiet, i didn't ***** that money, its money i worked sleepless nights for, i want what i paid for!
