False Advertising and not keeping his word

A friend booked two very pretty looking callgirls at MrS. Delivery (not to be mistaken with the pizza man from Mr. Delivery!) for him and myself. The response was positive and they sent a photo of a girl, that looked ok, but somehow different to the one booked with her name spelled different by one letter asking to confirm the booking, which he did.<br> <br> On arrival the surprise was on our side, as the first girl (Britney who turned out to give great service) was accompanied by a second girl, that looked like neither of the booked or confirmed girl and it turned out, that she just started in this job and had given birth few months prior. The photo sent with the confirmation was definitely taken before her pregnancy and the spelling difference in the confirmation was used to swap the girl booked with a disappointing newcomer far away from the advertised '**** star' qualities.<br> <br> The booking didn't work out and when I asked Mrs Delivery for the money-back-guarantee that they promised back then (February 2015) they first agreed to give me one free booking, but never followed up, when I tried to actually book it one week later.
