Useless service from MR. Prepaid in Pretoria

I want to caution people not to use MR. Prepaid in Pretoria. They are the most unhelpful bunch of people I've ever come across. The staff is not trained well in terms of acceptable documents, and they have NO sense of urgency as I app**** and paid for a prepaid meter in October last year. I've given them all relevant documents and still have NO prepaid meter installed. I've asked for my money back today to go to a different provider, and they might only give my money back in 14 working days if the board feels like it! Beware as you need to pay first to get the process started, and then THEY don't co-operate!
