TERRIBLE ASSISTANCE!!

We have been trying to connect our tenant's electricity for 3 weeks! Mr. Prepaid only offer "troubleshooting" over the telephone. Monthly fees are paid for connection fees, but when we require technical support/technicians to rewire their own meters they have multiple stories!! Poor service, lazy, unhelpful!
