Mr. Prepaid electricity *****ING

I rent a flat with Mr. Prepaid electricity unit installed. However, every time I bought electricity through them, I received units for an amount less to what I paid for(ex. R300 paid...get R200 value). I want the money they owe me paid back to me in my account)
