Dont use Mr Prepaid again.

We moved house, by mistake I purchased an elec voucher for the wrong meter (at our previous house) I did change the meter number when I first purchased elec for our new home but for some reason it didnt change on my banking app. I phoned Mr Prepaid and they refused to assist me by refunding. It is a total of R450 purchased. According to MR Prepaid they can not refund with Blue Label. I work in the retail industry, a refund is possible. Until today they refuse to assist
