MR PLUMBER NEGLIGENCE DESTROYS GEYSER

Mr Plumber Worcester, has let me down. I have damages because of their negligent manner of replacing my geyser. I have told the installer (techenichian) that I have a a solar panel connected to the geyser.

The power of my home wqs switched off, but he neglected to to disconnect the solar which resulted that huge circuit short happen, which fried the following: 2000w ac 1100Dc, Anderson Connector, Terminal Cut Out, Geyser wise Element Adptor Flange...to Fix the equipment will cost nr R6450, 00 which is unfair, because it was not me that damaged the system.

Mr Plumber has been ignoring my plea to re-inburse me for the losses. I have send numerous messages, emails and made several calls to them, without any success. The owner simply ignore my pleas to rectify the mistake they have made.

I had to get another service provider (Stutronics) to reinstall my geyser which cost my money out of my own pocket.

I would like Mr Plumber to take responsibility and refund me for the demages that they caused me. See attached invoice.
