DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!

Worst service we have ever experienced!!! We called MRM Electrical Projects and Services to inspect and repair a fault on our inverter as it kept on tripping the power. The technician told us he knows solar units, but all he did was rewiring our DB board, totally mixed up all the switches. We were wondering why the pool pump did not want to work. The wire was connected to one of the geysers! The geyser's isolator burned out, and we were wondering why the geyser did not want to work also! We also asked them to replace the 3 timers on the geysers. All they did was used 2 of our old timers, covers was missing, looked different than the 1 new timer installed, and we marked it before for identification! And all this problems and dishonesty cost us R 5500! We had to get a professional electrician in to repair all the mess which again cost us a lot of money. The only problem from the start was the batteries connected to the inverter! I have called them several times after they were there and the power still kept on tripping. They did not reply to any messages and when they saw my number they just cancelled the call. So much for 12 month's guarantee! This is the last company you should contact in case of an electrical problem!!!
