MrJuice aka Quicky Quencher dispatched and sold a hazardous product to the public for consumption.

I bought a 1.5L bottle of juice manufactured by MrJuice on 30 October 2020 and the product sprayed out of the bottle when I opened it to pour in a glass. The product sprayed all over me , the kitchen BIC, floor and cellphone which was on charge. I called the company on *** to lodge a customer complaint (company dispatched and sold hazardous product for consumption) and they acknowledged the problem(promised to replace the defective product with six pack of the same product) and promised to contact me on Monday 02 November 2020. I was not contacted on Monday 02 October 2020 and I called the company(MrJuice aka Quicky Quencher) again on Tuesday at 10:10 and the operator told me she does not understand why her boss did not call me and she again promised that her boss will call me the same day but that did not materialised

I took the effort to call the company at 11:40 , 11:42 and 14:13 respectively - left messages but experienced the following: (1) The provided number (***) does not function at all let alone ring. (2) The provided number (***) is not being answered or responded to or let alone return the call hence I have left several messages.

On 03 November 2020 we(yeself and neighbours) were awoken by a very loud bang that sounded like a bomb and when I stood up to investigate; I was shocked to find that the same hazardous product from MrJuice aka Quicky Quencher exploded and the product sprayed all over again.

I took the effort to call the MrJuice aka Quicky Quencher on 04 November 2020 at 15:30 and this time there was a response. The operator told me that her boss found nothing wrong with the product and package even though have accepted the fault on 30 October 2020 when I reported the following defects with their product: The bottle has a "rocker bottom" defect because it is swollen, shrinked outward and formed a centre leg which caused the bottle to rock and not sit upright.

They still have not resolved the issue to date and I have lodged a formal complaint with the consumer council yesterday 04 November 2020.

I will never purchase or consume their product and will not encourage anybody to do the same because the hazardous product caused serious injuries to me but the cell phone is damaged.
