I have a signed approved agreement with the City of Tshwane. Approved by their Director of Credit Control. And they have it approved by one of their consultants who apparently left the company.

Herewith a copy of the text message i got from them this morning -- Good day .

You have ignored all previous requests for payment of your overdue City of Tshwane Account. Your Failer to pay an amount of R 38 259.53 for the account *** within SEVEN(7) days will results in the termination of your services. Contact : Thulisile on *** / *** or WhatsApp/Call *** or e-mail ***. Quote ref , Mrh

I phoned the number included asking for contact information of their directors and spoke to a lady I could barely hear what she was saying because of background noise i told her I could not hear and she put the phone down in my ear. I called back the lady i spoke to refused to give me her name and said she did not have to tell me who she was. Then she eventually told me she is a manager and her name is Lebogang. I was then informed that the text message was a delayed message that should have been sent ont he 9th when they called me. I still want to speak to one of their directors about this.
