Unprofessional bunch

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from my property agents, Sherry and Rose. form Mrc property managemnet. From the beginning, their attitude was rude, condescending, and unprofessional. They used an aggressive tone when speaking to me, but the moment I matched their energy, they attempted to make it a race issue—completely unacceptable and uncalled for.

Upon moving in, they failed to disclose major issues with the apartment. For example, some of the windows were on the verge of falling off—one of which actually did! This is a serious safety concern that should have been addressed before I moved in.

After moving in, it became clear that tenant support is not a priority for them. Maintenance requests are ignored unless you repeatedly follow up, and even then, they decide which issues they feel like addressing. Their lack of responsiveness and professionalism has made my living situation frustrating and stressful.

I would strongly advise anyone considering working with these agents to think twice. Their disregard for tenants' concerns and overall poor service make them unfit for this line of work.
