Worst Pathetic Service Claim ever.

Worst service ever. 6 months after third party claim and no feedback regarding my claim as of yet and still ongoing. Only response they tried calling me but received voicemail THAT'S NOT TRUE, NO MISSED CALL FROM THIS COMPANY AT ALL!!!!!!! This is pathetic really. Emails send everyday with read receipt, only to get a reply the Legal department needs to contact you regarding your claim, Christmas is also coming, when are you going to sort out my claim????????? Must i first start with legal action before you finalize my claim?
