If there was less than one star available..

<p>Nkhensani Mathye is genuinely one of the worst business people I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. His company promises services that they cannot deliver on. The service is so sad it is actually a joke. I switched to using MR24 because I wanted something cheaper, you really do get what you pay for! </p> <p> </p> <p>Nkhensani & I agreed on a monthly payment, after the first week of doing my deliveries with him, he demanded that I pay him on a weekly basis. I agreed.</p> <p>I requested a pick up at 8PM one night for a client that needed a delivery at 11PM. I was told that I am being unrealistic & it isnt within their capility. Yet they offer a " around the clock " service.</p> <p>After that, He told me that he would be willing to make the delivery at a an extra fee of R70. Shocking </p> <p> </p> <p>My parcels were NOT AT ALL delivered within 120 Minutes ( as stated on their website ) , hell, most of them werent even delivered on the same day. </p> <p>I had sent out a consigment on Thursday mornnig & the client recieved it FIVE days later. The client did not get a phone call of explanation / nor did I.</p> <p> </p> <p>My mother had been kind enough to offer Nkhensani a wrap one night as it was late & she noticed he looked tired. He gladly accepted with no thanks, the next day he messages me to let me know that he will do a pick up in the afternoon & that my mother should make him something nice. Talk about rude & ungrateful.</p> <p>This is the level of unprofessionalism clients are treated with. </p> <p> </p> <p>Furthermore when I expressed my dissatisfaction - I was told by Nkhensani himself that I am an extremely problematic customer & I should take my business elswehere - practically CHASING a customer away! Apalling. </p> <p> </p> <p>I was also told that I am and I quote " too much"</p> <p> </p> <p>We agreed that customers would be called prior to delivery.</p> <p>Customers are NOT CALLED before delivery, and so if he has to re deliver, you are charged a second time for the delivery. </p> <p> </p> <p>To any business owner who actually values their customers, do not use MR24. Stay as far away from them as possible.</p> <p> </p> <p>You have been warned! </p> <p> </p>
