Bad service

I am very disappointed with the service from WP. He visited my house on 3 Feb to do measurements for a walk in closet for my main bedroom. I waited for a quotation and then I sent a follow up message on 16 Feb.<br> I finally received a drawing on 18 Feb, but no quotation yet.<br> I requested a few small changes on 24 Feb and then continued waiting.<br> After I followed up again on 4 March he promised to send my quotation that evening. He has been ignoring my messages ever since.<br> It's been more than 7 weeks and still no quotation.<br>
