Only promises with no action

I paid in March. He took over 4 months to manufacture. After begging and paying an excessive delivery and assembly fee it arrived. The quality was terrible. He committed to redo and bring back the Monday that did not happen, and 2 weeks later, still no beds. We subsequently cancelled the order. Now we have moved to a promise every day for a refund for over 6 weeks now. I don't know what to do here anymore.
