Horrible product (Bed)

I bought a Mr Wood the*****ic bed in central Estcourt.<br> This bed is absolutely the worst I've ever bought. I wake up in the middle of the night with pain and a sore back every morning.<br> <br> I emailed the company and was assured they'll exchange my bed and should take it back to the store.<br> 2 days later I get another email notifying me I have to take it to their Head office. <br> On top of wasting my money buying their inferior bed now I have to drive all the way to Ladysmith and waste more money?<br> <br> All my emails have been ignored since.
