Damaged Goods (Oxygen Concentrator Portable Travel

The item (Oxygen Concentrator Portable Travel RS) is not in a working condition. The patient is 24 hours on oxygen. The unit was bought to assist when travelling. The cost of the unit was R25 000. Item bought on 2 July 2015.<br> <br> The unit does not work when it is connected to the battery. The unit was sent back to the service provider and it was sent back in the same condition. The answer after the complaint was raised again, is that there is nothing fault with the unit. It should be plugged in the electrical socket. This is the not the purpose of the machine. It is for traveling and should the battery not working it is not a \Portable Travel RS"unit as per description. The inverter and battery does not work and neither in the car. The patient's oxygen level drop from 92 to 82 in an 30 min timeline when using this machine.<br> <br> We would like to be refunded in total. The service and response from service provider was not satisfactory and it is serious given the industry (medical) wherein they operate.<br> """
