This is not a company. These people are ************. They trade under the name C&M Wendy and Nutec. The business allegedly belongs to Charles and Monique Wagner. I was caught in a "black Friday" special promotion a 3 x 6 wendy house for R14750. their employee Chandre Africa an alleged sales agent that is as *********** as the workmens shoddy building skills , she helps to **** good people out of money and then they disappear, they change their contact numbers and no longer answer any call once they have your money, I was left with an incomplete and horribly constructed wendy, the last communication i had with them, they said they would come and fix their **** the next day but they still haven't come or done anything (10 days later). These people are based on the Stellenbosch arterial road side and as way of adverti*****t there are little wendy's and dog kennels in front. The owner is never available and the staff lie and say he just stepped out. Everyone comes across as trust worthy and honest until they have your money and people wonder why we don't support local business. how do you build a better nation with ********, ******* and dishonorable people like this. I will now have to sc**** together some coins to make the mess livable. DO NOT USE C & M WENDY AND NUTEC, Horrible service.
After the company saw my review they made contact to come and complete the concrete floor.
This is week two, date of commencement of the Wendy project was 25 Nov 2022, they've arranged to complete the place Sat, 10 Dec after not coming out for 2 Saturdays before, as they promised. I will write another review after completion of the project.
What I would really like to know is, why did they not make contact like they did before i paid them. Before all their calls had no problem making it through to my phone but after I paid them i got excuses but mind you i didn't see one missed call or email. I only received a text message from the owner at 11p.m on Mon, 5 Dec.
My honest review is that the Wendy is incomplete and needs attention, the roof isn't complete, the corners are incomplete and it looks like a rushed job. The standard of pictures I was shown of the work they did is not what I received.
Perhaps if they communicated honestly and properly I would've had a different experience. as a small business you should always communicate your attention with your client and keep to your contract/word, not ignore and leave them in the dark. Treat your clients well because word of mouth in this industry can make or break. I am not out to destroy anyone, I just wanted fairness and receive completed work for paying in full. Instead I was left with a structure that is still being held up by supporting poles with gaps in between everywhere and no floor.
If they exceed my expectations with coming to complete the place i will sing their praises but until then I will be a warning to others.
