Terrible service

Young arrogant male assistant didn't ring up the promo whereby u rent 7 old movies for 7 days. So after returning they say there is a fine of over R230 which i must pay. After a embarrassing argument the owner Beverley who did not want to speak to me said they should bypass the fine so that i can rent again. The only reason i still use this Mr Video is fir the convenience as i shop at this centre. She can get in contact with me as her assistant there was arrogant and rude in front of a full shop. The young white male who eventually helped me calmed the situation and i appreciate his help.
