Terrible customer service

<p>On Saturday 6th of April I called multiple Mr Video stores looking for a specific movie. I must have called about ten stores no exaggeration. Not one of the people there were remotely helpful, it took all of two seconds for them to "search" on the system to find the movie after saying they don't have it. I find it comical that you guys have such *********** people working for you. I called block busters and within two minutes I had someone call back with a response. Your employees are lazy and quite frankly don't give a damn. I will no longer be supporting Mr Video and I am taking to social media about your sloppy customer service. </p>
