Spoiled night with a DVD that don't want to work

1 year ago we regularly took out DVD's at MR. Video kraaifontein but stopped because their DVD's NEVER works! Last night we wanted a lovely evening with pizza and a movie. Once again rented a movie at Mr.Video kraaifontein. The movie did not even played the first part!!!!! even tried it in our PC. The DVD were not even scratched!! OMW I was very disjointed.! So we enjoyed our evening with cold pizza and a etv movie. Disgusted!
