Really bad customer service

<p>So my wife decided that she wanted to go rent videos Tonight and we walk in the stall all friendly great the guy behind the counter and get ignored point blank, so we like what ever. So we get our 4 dvd that we wanted to watch. Go to check out by the grumpy guy. And he says we need proof of address and ID needed so my wife and i really wanted to watch dvd so we drove all the way home to try find proof of address and couldn't find hers so we had in my name. So my wife went alone with my ID and proof of address. And that ass hole said sorry go back home and tell your man he must come and do the paperwork himself. His I'd his signature. I find this un acceptable. </p>
