Mr Video Wilgeheuwel bad service

We went to Mr Video Wilgeheuwel round about 15:00 today. We were assist by a guy called Shaun. His attitude was utterly disgusting. We asked for assistance for movies that are age appropriate for my 8 year old boy and he just told me that he has no clue because he doesn't watch movies. He walked away from us and called an African female lady to come and talk to us. He was not even listening or whatsoever.
