Mr Video - Protea Heights

<p>in all fairness - i understand the reason behind fines on new releases, Mr Video wanted to charged me R20 for 2 old childrensa movies (so R45 had ti be paid to rent 1 new movie. I had a crying 4 yearold now for the last s30min as she wanted to watch the new smurf movie, why is it - you bget to the store one day and me treated like that - but a week or 2 before, also 2 childrens movies were rented, brought back the same time and i got no fine. I will NEVER usae that store again due to the service I got. </p>
