Late return

So I decided to rent a movie at Mr video Kuilsriver, as I usually do and as I go to pay I'm told I have a fine on my name. Firstly I was never notified of this fine prior to renting and when I asked the guy if I could pay it next time as I didn't cater to be paying a fine as well, I was told if I don't pay I can't rent. Let me just say personally I think your fines are ********. Secondly you clientele is not that big as people can download movies from the net. The few clients you do have you want to penalize for bringing a movie in late. That is the last time I will ever rent from Mr Video again.
