i-Soul 8G SD CARD

Eve of 7 June I took my daughter (13) to buy a SD Card for her cellphone. She used R100 from her pocket money. We waited at least 20 min because the attendant didn't know what code to use to ring it up, no slip was given to us for this purchase. During the week following the 7/6 my daughter put the sd card in her cellphone and the next day in our laptop but it did not work. Because she was and is still busy with exams, we only had time to visit Mr Video on 15/6. There where two attendants who understood my frustration, but had to call a manager.
