Enough is enough

We often take out videos at mr video in riversdale. 1 out of 3 videos gets stuck halfway through the movie. This is so fustrating. They never offer a refund and we have not to date asked for one. Just keep reporting. Well I am sick and tired of it. After cleaning our player 3 times and restarting the movie time after time it's still no go. This is unacceptable
