Bad service

Its my second dvd im renting thats scratched and when im calling mr video in langebaan to tell them its my second dvd thats scratched and that im not happy, the person on duty told me tough. They've got lots more other clients and a i must rather rent new dvds. Because the old ones is scratched. But as far as i remember the dvd ive rented last week was scratched aswell and that was one of their new releases.
